So i ate all raw today...tons of fruit and went to the bathroom after each meal. and then i went out to dinner and had vegan cooked pizza...dont ask why but i felt obligated. so i went home and took enzymes and my stomach started hurting and later i went to the bathroom and yea...haha and i noticed that it looked like the pizza i ate. how is that possible? it smelt like it too. weird and disgusting sorry.
I have noticed that raw and enzymes help push cooked food out of the body.

So Jen,
Is what you're saying that if i'm on a long trip and i may eat something like a veggie burger or steamed veggies, like i've done before :( and hated myself for it that enzymes and raw food will stop the effects of the cooked food.
Will it really help to eliminate the bad foods?
I hope this is true:)

I think the enzymes do speed up the process but your colon's currrent health status and overall digestion system will also be a factor. For someone like me, who has always been challenged with constipation in the past, I think my digestive system is still too slow but I have to understand and remember that before embracing this raw I was sometimes going as few as 2 or 3 times per month. So while it seems that my 2-3 times per week is so sluggish to me, I have to remind myself that this is a gigantic milestone all things considered.
My sister, on the other hand is just now really starting to dabble in raw; she has always used it about an hour after her burger and fries - this is her pattern after each meal.. now that she is testing raw out and eating more fruits and veggies, she is a pooping machine and laughs about needing to stay near a bathroom:D
My body always has been extremely slow to digest heavy starches and protein; so if I were to eat the vegan pizza babyphat, I definitely would have to have those enzymes
