After a month of cooked foods only at dinner and gradually increasing the number of 100% days each week, I started my Challenge on April 1. Wow! Nearly 3 full days of it past already! Time flies when you're havin' this much fun!
I've been a size 10 for years and years, occasionally needing a 12, which did not look great on my small-boned 5'3" frame. A couple of weeks ago, co-workers started telling me I needed to get new jeans as my current ones were really looking baggy, so a week ago this past Thursday, I picked up some cheapo size 8's.
On a whim while at Sam's yesterday, I grabbed a pair of size 6's, figuring that it might not be that long before I need a smaller size still. Decided to try them on today to see how close I am to getting into them...and THEY FIT! Just a wee bit snug is all, didn't even have to suck in to zip them.
This is an absolutely amazing way of eating! I eat like a complete pig, so there ain't no way I'm callin' this a diet!
Alissa's my nominee for Time magazine's Person of This Year or Any Other without a doubt.
