Probably, but you can get it anywhere, usually, for much cheaper.

Since I read the book Fit for Life, I try to avoid vinegar. (The book says vinegar is not good the digestive system.) I use lemon as an alternative, but do you know of any others?
I'm looking for a substitute for rice wine vinegar and red wine vinegar. Any suggestions???

You can add unsweetened pure cranberry juice to vinegar or other sour citrus for a wine flavor; or use it alone, thinned with water. Cranberry is naturally very sour.
Limes are also nice for salads. There is a raw coconut vinegar available, though I haven't tried it.
As well, I was informed by Eden Foods that their Ume Vinegar is raw. It's very salty; so take that into consideration when making a dressing.
Also, if you eat kimchi or raw sauerkraut, you can use the liquid.
Best,
So no basalmic? Oh dear...what about soy sauce?
