? do you mean powdered superfood ? Alissa sells some on here she backs it highly ! Do you mean other greens ? Recommended reading = Greens for life by Victoria Boutenko:D I personally just use Greens+, superfood by Genuine health, I find it to be wounderfull and very helpfull in the cravings area !:D
