can any one tell me if the canned nuts are oka or where i can find the good nuts

...I get mine at the health food store...in the fridge section or bulk section!
My local grocery does carry raw almonds in bags too! Deb

Hasn't everything in a can been pasteurized? I love the bulk bins, I guess as long as it says raw, although I have yet to see anything in a can with a label reading "raw." I think bulk is cheaper too.
