Who's in?
My weight fluctuates so often around +/- 5 lbs but I think I've gained more than I need. Summer's approaching and I want to feel lighter and even healthier.
Maybe my scale is annoying but a few days ago I was at 136 and now it says 140. I want to be back to 130 minimum (125 if I'm lucky- and I believe I can). I'm about 5'6"...
Top 10 Goals:
1. Eat less fats/oils (I get enough and I should probably have slightly less)
2. Drink more water
3. Go back to yoga again (I'm recovering from an injury and starting PT soon so this is with caution)
4. Ride my bicycle even more than I already am
5. Fill up more on greens (without #1 as much)
6. Daily meditation
7. Find local raw friends (I have very, very supportive friends but I still miss dining with like-minded folks though most of my friends are vegi/vegan)
8. Use my gym membership and do ab workouts that won't hurt my back/neck/arm
9. Make some more recipes (nothing too fancy) so I don't get sick of my daily foods
10. Food journal/blog
Most of all, I will have FUN doing this.
No time limit. Just seeking progress.
What are your goals?

I'm in! I just want progress.
1. Eat mostly raw.
2. Try new blender recipes.
3. Workout - treadmill, bike, gardening.
4. Have fun and not stress.
5. Balance, balance, balance !!

Goals:
1. Exercise more. (I signed up for a 5k, and a modern dance class!)
2. Eat less fat (I feel as though I'm addicted.)
3. Stop stressing over everything
4. MORE GREEN (I have a Jack Lelanne Juicer, but greens don't work so hot in it.)
5. Move towards more natural products: Shampoo/hair, face wash etc.

Today was my 5 week mark and I am feeling kinda sluggish. Like the weight loss has slowed. I am 5'3 and I started out at 146, last week I was 133 and I would like to be 120.

I will shed 10 lbs as well. My goals:
1. The 30 day June Raw challenge
2. Find a healthy balance with cashews & cashew butters (it is either too much or totally restricted)
3. Inforce the booty rule (My booty must be in contact with a piece of furniture when I am eating/drinking at all times! In other words- I need to sit down and enjoy my food/juice everytime I eat, no rushing and eating on the go. And no mindless snacking while I prepare smoothies and such.
4. Juice Juice Juice
5. Keep my workout schedule exactly the same & keep it up!

Grrr. LOL. I don't know what you're worried about. I don't really look overweight but I know I am. 5'7" and 160 lbs. :( I'm in though!
my goals:
-all raw
-drink 80 oz water each day
-aerobic exercise 1 hr every day
-whole body strength training every 2 days
I need a support system honestly. I want to get down to 145lbs. As nice as it is to be able to read these threads, I need to be able to talk closer with select people and build a relationship with them for the support to really help me.
Hopefully, this'll be it. :)

Oh also, I used to be huge into meditation and I used to feel great. Now I'm sporadically depressed and am having a hard time actually getting myself to meditate again even though I know it'll be great for me. So that's another goal...meditate every day. I think we should post about how we feel each day doing so. :)

I love the Booty Rule too! (And boy, does it work!)
1) I want to lose 20 more pounds by mid-summer
2) I will recommit to my fitness plan of 45-60min of cardio 5x per week plus 3/30-60min strength training workouts plus 2 yoga workouts ( a treat to me though!). (I have a slow metabolism and tons of bulky fast-twitch muscle. Most would not need so much, but I have a wierd body type...even my trainer says so.)
3) To reinforce my commitment, some clients and I are going to run a 5k as a group!
4) Eat more greens and eat more period. I think I am under-doing it a little.
5) Meditate twice daily.
6) Ride my bike at least 2-3 times per week to enjoy the lakefront and just feel FREE and JOYOUS!
Hey, anyone here interested in starting a daily meditation thread? I noticed there are lots of meditators here....anyone....anyone?

I def want to lose at least 10lbs. So I am in. More is better but I want to keep my goals attainable.
1. 100% Raw all of June
2. Try some Green Drinks (never had one)
3. Start exercising
4. Save some time each day to unwind in quiet
5. Avoid alcohol (my downfall)

Lets start a booty revolution! Haha I'm SO with you on that rule.
My goals:
I want to lose another 32 pounds
Learn how to make and consume more green smoothies
Exercise more (currently I average 3-4 times a week this needs to be at least 5 days)
Get my house clean and organized

I'm in, too.
1. Exercise -- if nothing else, walk for 1 hour per day for all of June. This should be easy since I'm moving back to my 'rents house and they have a treadmill.
2. Drink at least 1 quart of green smoothie every day.
3. Eat a raw salad/appetizer/something before I reach for something cooked
4. No TV (other than movies) for all of June
5. Enjoy the outdoors
6. Meditate daily

The booty rule can do wonders on its own! When you are truly conscious of all the food that slides past your lips while prepping meals alone. Especially when I am chopping up fruits & avocados, shoot who am kidding, I sample EVERYTHING.
2 other goals for me:
1. I want to really really really listen to my body & only feed honest & genuine hungers
2. I want to start meditating in the mornings & before bed. I have always been interested in meditating but have never tried it. I think I am going to check out some books on the subject & maybe some tapes/cds

GOALS!!!
I have no idea...
This will definitely help me!
1. Loose 5 by vacation...10 by the summer's end.
2. no computer time until chores are done (no joke, I can sit here 1/2 the day!) This goes along with getting my house organized.
3. Exercise some everyday, but hit the Y 3 times/week minimum. Yoga 3 times/week
4. 64 oz. water everyday.
How's that??
Now I'm copy/paste/printing for my own records....ya'll keep me accountable...ok!!!

I am currently doing the May 31 day challenge and just am now starting to get my energy back up, so why stop NOW??? I started 100% raw a little early april 29th and so far I am loving it. I have lost 10lbs and want to lose 15-20 more. I am 5'6 and weigh 141 right now. I want to be 120-125 by August. I am going to LA to visit friends and plan on spending all my time by the pool or ocean and want to look and feel great.
Goals:
lose a minimum of 5lbs in June
Juice fast once a week every week in june
wake up every morning thinking positive thoughts aka(I love getting up a beautiful day awaits me.)
Keep my food journal updated and accurate
Cut down on fats with out feeling deprived
Be active everday even if it is just a 30 min walk or weight training session
I want to thank you all for givig me a support group where I can see there are so many people living my same struggles. You all are inspirations. Thank you and peace be with all.

Goals
1. Eat more - I sometimes eat too little.
2. More greens
3. Continue running and weights - longer, faster more endurance.
4. Get back into Yoga
I dont own a scale so I dont know much #s I need to lose, but I want to get down another dress size or two (currently an 8/10 on a large frame).

I lost 1.5 lbs. I have been 100% raw for 10 days and I am feeling great. This 1.5 is since I started the lose 10 challenge.
Since I did a cleanse and went raw I have lost 19.5. Yay! I am so happy.

My goals are:
1. lose 14.5-15 pounds by the end of this year(slow and steady so I know it's fat and not valuable muscle)
2.continue to drink green smoothies, the more greens, the better!
3.continue to advance in my fitness, lose body fat and gain lean muscle
4.Improve my endurance in running
I am not sure what my "ideal weight" is, I am just going by whatever weight gets me into a size 6 or GASP! maybe even a 4! I am currently an 8.

My goal is to loose 20lbs. I feel the jiggle when I walk and believe me its not nice or comfortable or pretty! I work out 3-5 days a week anymore and I'll burn my self out. I have been known to work out twice a day if I have some extra energy. I don't know what more to do for my body.
I used to be 210 lbs so dropping over 70 lbs left my skin a mess!! It's been hard to repair without surgery.
If I loose 20's I think I will see more of the muscles I have been building for over a year because its hiding under all the flab!

thanks RawGoddess - I used the booty rule last night with dinner and it really made difference in my energy level and my mood!
okay- operation lose 10 pounds!
I'm in.. but I notice some people posted more than 10 pounds so....
1) I want to lose 25 pounds (but more importantly - I want my body to find it's healthy weight and I will be happy with that ... (well... so long as it's at least 20 pounds less!) LOL -- J/K ;) !
2) I want to encoporate exercise JoYfUllY in my daily routine! :D
and I'm sure I'll think of more later! ;) :D

What's everyone's goal for this weekend? I'll be at a BBQ Sunday but that does not tempt me at all.. I'll probably come bearing a delicious raw prepared dish or simply a fruit salad.
My goal is to not feel sick still so I can work out & make it to NYC tonight! Then I plan on going on a long bike ride tomorrow before playing @ the BBQ.
Eating goals:
Less oil in my salads
MORE WATER!!!
A good balance of everything
Eating because I am hungry not because I am not full
