No, neither one. If you do a search - soy is not all that great for you.

The above link talks about how soy is not too healthy.

I freeze my bananas with their skins on and to unskin (peel)? I place for a minute or so in a bowl of water. The 'naners stay yellow and don't turn real brown.
Just an FYI.

I was reading a book the other day and it said that soy is one of the most mucous forming plants on the planet! And that the amount of soy that Japanese people consume is often exaggerated to promote the american processed junk food soy items.

It really still isn't confirmed. Dr. Jameth Sheridan and other doctors indicate that some soy is actually fine. I still do it in minor amounts when eating cooked. It should not make up 50% or more percent of your diet, of course --- which many do (like with animal products). No one food item should. ;-)

Remember, Mercola thinks meat and dairy are NECESSARY for health and that we are all deficient and malnourished.

P.S. It is NOT raw, though.

Fermented soy (miso, nama shoyu) are considered "living", though, and are often used.

Hence that where Mercola's bias against Soy comes from.

Some Soy even it is not raw can't hurt.

I however question soy beans being grown. I don't know how healthy THEY are. Soy is a big, big money making business. Organic soy, now that may be a different story.
