Sprouted Quinoa Breakfast Cereal?

Does anyone have any recipes for sprouted quinoa as a porridge? I used to love cooking quinoa in the morning in almond milk, I would love to find a raw equivilent.

Usually I soak the quinoa over night and let them sprout one day. Then I have them with fruits, mylk etc. Love to add some cinnamon to. And dates :)

Hmmm, sounds good, I have quinoa at my house but I have no idea how to sprout... I guess I should read up on that...

They do sprout fast but if u dont use them right off they get a terrible smell to them. I thought I had to let them go longer and should not have. Had to toss the whole batch out. Do u eat them with just a little root out? I thought one had to leave them long enough to get some plant to them.

That's why they are not for sale in the shop. They sprout to quick.
