Hello everyone, I had my first challenge since going raw again for the past 3 weeks, 100% for a week and half. I work at a university and we had an end of the year party at a bowling alley. And there was a table full of greasy, fried appetizers and my boss even made sure there were vegetarian selections for me. And yeah the food smelled great but I just had a raw bar and continued to drink water the whole time.
I was so proud of myself for not giving in! It was really a woman versus self situation. I feel amazing since going raw!

It's a huge success!

I think the biggest reason I'm struggling right now is because I go to school every day and there's nothing there that is healthy to eat. Well, that and having no kitchen, which I thought would be a good thing, but has turned out to be very bad. I got tired of washing my dishes in the bathtub about 2 weeks into this.

You'd think, in a university setting, you could find good food. But even the vegetarian restaurant at PSU can't promise organic or even healthy food. My butt's growing by the minute!

I TOTALLY understand your situation. When I was getting my bachelor's degree, I lived in the dorm and there were SO many desserts, fried foods, sodas, chocolate milk, etc... By the time I came home for spring break my first year, I couldn't fit into the pants I could wear only a year before. I hadn't gained on the scale but my body had added lots of fat!
They have fruit in the dining hall, right? I would say make some green smoothies, eat salads and keep avocados handy.
Good luck!

RawNubian - that is way cool! I love those small victories, and they all add up to HUGEness!
RowanC? I agree - make GS's, eat fruits. You CAN do it if you really put your mind to it.
