Only for people interested in low sugar fruits: it's important, using
nutritiondata.com, to filter on:
(using: tools-nutrientsearch tool)
- Fruits and Fruit Juices;
- Lowest in Sugars
result:
157 Fruits and Fruit Juices
Lowest in Sugars
(based on levels per 100 grams)
* Don't filter on: "lowest in total carbohydrate", because you will
miss good stuff with good dietary fibers.
