Cold Sores

Had a sinus congestion 5/11, 12 & 13. Took only three days to get rid of it without any drugs! Very cool. HOwever, shortly after, a bunch of fever blisters broke out on my upper lip. Worked topically with those, and they dried up nicely. Also very cool. Last night, another large bunch of blisters broke out in the corner of my mouth. Any idea on what this is???

How long/how much raw are you? Could be detox?

99.99% raw - I have one meal each weekend with my husband that is partially cooked. Chicken or fish with a large salad, etc. Detox is okay, except that cold sores are the result of a virus. Would have thought the diet would help. Now, if there will be these types of situations for awhile, I can understand. How long to detox? What is the normal "transition" time that people talk about? Months or years???

That's a hard question to answer as to what is the "normal" detox time as every body is different. I suggest if you do a search you may find some remedies to help with the cold sores.
