Okay I want to know How much Calcium is in 2 Heads of Kale? Or how much Fiber I'm getting with 3 heads of Kale? Or any other fruits or veggies in general, Where can I find this out?

Anyone know?

Thanks!

- Davylp25, on nutritiondata you can also choose to measure in gramms, instead of in cups

I put in "pineapple". First it listed a whole bunch of fruit cups and other things I don't eat. Then it says that one fruit is 472 grams. When I cut up a pineapple, I get about 1 kg of stuff to freeze (including the core) and another kilogram of peels!

I entered olive oil. The amounts it lists are 100 grams, 1 cup, 1 ounce, 1 tbsp, and 1 tsp. No milliliters.

Are there any sites for raw foodists where we don't have to wade through long lists of canned fruit mixtures, and which list the amounts of enzymes? Which assume that the core is edible, or at least give you a choice?

There's no fixed figure for that. Put the kale on your kitchen scale.

Hi Pierre, nutriondata is indeed not very good. Could be done a lot lot better.
And all the crap that is in these lists, it smells like sponsoring :(

But i can't find a better list.
