I posted this at the end of the other thread, but I wanted to make sure people saw it because it's easy to make and it's dynamite.

LOL - I have shipped dehydrated goods before, and some fermented foods, but the problem is the packaging and refrigeration (starts at $35!) for shipping perishable food.
But thank you! My friend had a bite and said it was awesome!
I'm thinking of other new pizza ideas..... I'm also definitely going to explore the "rawsage" recipe.

I dont care, I gotta try it.
I have order Local delivery for meals from raw places for Mucho bucks, so Im sure this would be in the same range.
So if I ordered 4 pizzas, what would the range be?

This pizza is 13.75 - so about 55 plus 35....
Are you serious?
If so, I'm not making food again for 3 weeks - I'll send you a menu if you email me, but I'm not so sure about how to package some of it. I'm pretty creative, though. ;)

Living at Creative Health Institute for almost a year, you really lose some of that "filter" (I've since learned - lol). We talked about enemas at breakfast, lunch and dinner. I will NEVER FORGET a work meeting we had where we all got "off topic" and instead started gabbing about what position worked best for enemas, etc. I remember thinking - taking one of those mental snapshots - where it's like, "Wait, what OTHER business meeting turns out like this - than at a raw foods institute!?!" lol. Ah, those were the days.....

maybe vacuum seal them so the toppings stay on. Then pack them with cold packs. If they have a dehydrator..they can warm them up when they get 'em.
Why not contact the place that sells the boxes, I think it's Rawvelution. Ask how they ship. I saw once that they had pizza's and stuff like that.

Yeah, I wonder about packaging. Right now, I use these:

If I cannot ship in those (I imagine I could), I doubt I'll be able to do it, period.... This is why I generally don't ship! So, any advice is welcome.

www.rawvolution.com is a raw food catering & shipping company I'm sure if you give him a call he would be happy to give you advice on shipping some raw food "to a friend". I have his book that shows pictures of his packaging and it looks good.
Try putting the components of the pizza in separate packages perhaps all UNdehydrated then your "client" can finish it of in their dehydrator at home. There are many home food delivery companies out there now so look some up and ask "as a customer" how they package everything.
I have shipped food from the UK to here (WA.) and it was like this. A cardboard box with styrafoam liner and lid then freezer jell packs inside to keep it all cool. There are companies that sell this set up just for that end use. The one I used was in the uk so no use to you but just google is you really want to expand.
I still have the box and have attached it for you. It is beat up and missing the foam lid but I just wanted to give you the idea!:o
all the best,
eppp

I had thought of this before - and decided tonight before sitting down (!) to do this. So, it MUST be a good idea. ;) Much easier to package a ziplock of toppings and a container of cheeze and just have it be a 1-2-3 put-together.
Thanks!

You'd have to search the forums -
I give crust clues/generalities in the PIZZA GALLERY thread I did.
The bacon and cheddar cheese spread are common to find on this board - I use the Liquid Smoke bacon recipe. ;-)

P.S. It has been confirmed that this is my best pizza YET.
Honestly, it is the EASIEST, too. No tomatoes at all!
