Hi Valerie,
I may be starting to sound like a broken record now, but I have to tell you again how much I LOVE your smoothie recipe -
the water, banana, spinach and frozen cherry one:)
It has been a HUGE help in keeping me satisfied and eliminating cravings.
When I first read your recipe I thought I'd never find frozen cherries, but I've been amazed at how many stores carry them. THANK YOU for inspiring me with your determination and success and THANK YOU for a great recipe staple that is helping me succeed on my raw journey.
All the best to you:D

Can someone please post the recipe (or link) as this does sound wonderful! I'd love to try it! Thank you.

Here is Valerie's recipe cut and pasted from a previous post:
1 small bunch spinach (about 4 ounces)
12oz package frozen unsweetened cherries
2 bananas
16 oz cold water
Blend well. Better then any milkshake you ever had.

Hi Cinnamon,
Every once in a while I'll add the water and meat from one young coconut in place of 8 ounces of the water and it makes it even tastier. Enjoy:D

Thank you so much Nancy! I've even got some frozen cherries so I will make this later today, thank you! And the idea to use the water and meat from a coconut would be delicious, I even have a coconut in the fridge.

That was unusually good. I tweaked it a little bit with fresh apple juice from the old Champion and a pinch of cinnamon but thanks for introducing me to the wonderful world of frozen cherries. That spinach rides well! Yummy. I feel so happy.
Valerie Winters, hope you are well! Love, Stina

Hi Stina,
Glad you enjoyed it too :-) Its fun to put our own spin on people's favorite recipes. That is part of what I enjoy so much about raw food.
This smoothie is really one of my staples now and it is helping me so much with respect to eliminating cravings. It keeps me satisfied so that I don't overeat at lunch time (which used to be one of my biggest obstacles) and it helps get my system going in the morning.
I hope all is well with Valerie too and when I make this smoothie I toast her with my first sip!!
Take good care and enjoy your weekend :)
