We went to the tea party today! My first time offering raw to friends.
I brought a veggie tray and fruit tray. I gave up on making a veggie dip after a few efforts. I made some spinach dip that I thought wasn't too bad, but the kids said it was really gross. For the fruit, I blended some pinapple and banana for dip. I also mixed up some avo, coconut oil, chocolate, maple syrup, and vanilla extract (that sound about right for pudding?). I thought it was really good, my oldest daughter liked it, and the baby ate a big spoon ful and asked for more. The DH didn't care for it, but he tried it right after he ate half a cruch bar so his taste buds weren't right. One of the ladies at the tea said it was good and asked me about it, another said it needs sugar! Oh well, you can't please everyone all the time. I think it turned out pretty well for the most part.
