What food to introduce to a man who eats SAD?

I'm so excited! I have a guy friend(tennis partner) who is very interested in raw food. He is a very disciplined person, and I can see that he is determined to try raw. He will be my first friend who eats raw. I lent him Alissa's video and Storm's video. He watched Storm's video 2 nights ago and started vegan(cooked) yesterday. However, he said he was constantly hungry. What should I ask him to eat?

I think the joy of raw is GETTING to eat all day!
If he's one of those people who's not used to grazing, and is used to feeling stuff with 3 meals a day, he'll just have to get used to the quickened transit time.......but I, being a girl who loves to eat, thrive on several meals a day.

I think he'd do well with very nutty things, to "transition" (I'm sick of that word) to the lighter feeling of raw.

So thick nutty "milkshakes",
coconuts,
(add some greens to whatever you can),
big smoothies,
sprouted chick-pea hummus and sprouted grains,
Dehydrated foods tend to stay around longer because of the density of them, so try that out :)

Ask him what his most all-time favorite fruits and veggies are and tell him he can eat as MUCH of that as he wants/needs. Then from there, have him try green smoothies (I know this was probably already suggested...sorry, didn't read all replies) and maybe some ice cream, some mock salmon or other good pate' on lettuce or stuffed in a tomato, get some of Alissa's raw oats and prepare those by soaking and then adding cinnamon, raisins, etc.
