soaking adzuki beans - how long?

I bought some adzuki (sp?) beans yesterday and started soaking them, so they have been soaking for about 14 hours now (I've rinsed them and changed the water once), should I drain the water out now and let them sprout or should I soak them longer? :confused:

They should be soaked for 4 to 5 hours and then rinsed twice a day.
They will sprout after about 3 days.
They may still sprout if you take them out now.
