I use spirulina, wheat grass powder, and kelp powder. You can get all of these in bulk in the suplement section of any quality health food store. I pick them up at whole foods.

I use and love the liquid E3 Live. It's the only supplement I noticed I difference with.
I also hope to try Alissa's powder soon :)

It is and seems to go so quickly :(
However, I no longer waste money trying out sample packs of all the bazillion greens powders I come across. I also don't eat any bars anymore or take pill supplements - and I used to spend a ton of $$$ on those.

I use "Just Barley" made by Organic by Nature.

Not sure if i'm allowed to say this, but NFL's Nature's First Food (or Vitamineral Green, which is the same thing, i think) is excellent. I have used other powders with single ingredients before, but I have never got the intense cleansing reaction that I have by using NFL's powder. Its excellent, but very expensive, of course.

I must add that although it is very expensive, which can initially be prohibitive, it is very very concentrated. I have used different combinations of green juices in large quantities (as well as the single-ingredient powders mentioned above), but nothing comes close to the power of NFF. It's weird because I always thought that green juice (i.e. real food) would be best, and that green powders were just secondary sources of 'green'. But I was proved wrong.

Same here, when I used NFL's I experienced what I felt was some kind of deep cleansing...saw things exit that sounded similar to what some peeps say they see when they do some type of colon cleansing.
Anyway, I believe Alissa's, NFL's, and Vitamineral Green are made the same person, Dr. Jameth Sheridan. Not sure that they are all the exact same formula.

Blaq - yes, mee too. Some nasty and indescribable stuff came out while using NFF!

If I have a lazy day and don't get my greens, I reach for my Green Vibrance. I like the combination of ingredients.

I believe they are the same, too. And yes, they rule. Because they have so many strands of probiotic WITH them, it's like 2 superior products in one. More than just a 'green powder'.
