is it ok if i mix cold pressed coconut oil with water to take it everyday? i can't stand drinking it by itself...it tastes like cheese to me and i hate cheese. so im just wondering if it will still be beneficial for me if i dilute it with water.
is purified water ok to drink too? i can only get purified water where i live so im wondering if that kind of water is ok for you and if not why?
and about oil pulling...can i do it with cold pressed coconut oil or olive oil...bc thats all i have. and does it help cure acne bc i am so close to going on accutane right now bc nothing is working!

Hey Babyphat-sure no reason not to consume coconut oil with water. We're all making do with the best quality water we can access, so at least it's purified water and not tap water, huh? How is it purified though?
All the literature I've seen on oil pulling specifies sesame or sunflower oil. I'm wondering if there's a mechanism specific to those products that does that trick. But then again, it wouldn't hurt to experiment with the others. Is mail order an option for you? :o

yea i guess your right haha
well its just aquafina and dasani that i drink and on the bottle it says purified. and then we have this water that is filtered thru are house or something. idk but my dad said its good for u, but i dont know what to believe bc he says burgers are good for you haha
yea i know i heard about the sesame and sunflower but i dont have any and i could mail order but i dont want to, i might just try it with coconut oil to see if it works first. have u ever tried this?
Hi Babyphat!
Maybe it a bad qulity coconut oil you have? It should NOT taste like cheese, more light a very mild coconut??
But yes: yoi can Oil Pull with it -- most people rotate between oils (just now I am pulling w. safflower oil because we didn't have anymore sesame) and YES it has helped my acne very much!
Good luck (come visit us at the OP thread!)
