guac recipe

My recipe I normally use calls for limes adn green onions, both of which I forgot to get at the store. Oops.

So I'm looking for an alt recipe. I could probably do with out the onions, but with out the limes, I'm afraid it will be lacking.

I am afraid you are right. Guac never tastes the same without lime. Not even with lemon. As for the onions, any will do imo. I prefer purple onions:p

I have made a palatable guac any a feverish rush with avo., cumin, onion powder, cayenne, and garlic powder.

You could also try a mango guac. Very tasty. But I think it probably calls for lime as well:rolleyes:
