I started eating raw on Monday and I've done a great job, which suprises me. I never really ate much fruit and veggies, but the day I started it just clicked in my brain.
I've had a lot of stress this week, but somehow I've handled it better than usual. I've started sprouting, I have stuff in the dehydrator, and somehow I have not been hungry. Many of you say not to go raw all at once, but it was pretty easy, really. I make almond milk and banana smoothies which taste like dessert to me. Salads with a ton of veggies and hummus mixed with water as a dressing, and then it's just carrots and hummus and maybe another pear smoothie for dinner. I feel great!!! And I'm shocked to say I do.
It's been 5 days now, and I'm noticing some detox symptoms. Canker sores inside my mouth, headaches... but I've also noticed that I'm not as tired as I used to be. I have been home for 2 days and have gotten so much done where normally I would be napping. ha ha.
Well, I just wanted to chime in and say hello. I hope to be chatting with some of you soon.
