Raw Chinese Food?

One of my coworks was just eating Chinese Food next to me and it smelled pretty good. Does anyone know any decent chinese or asian recipes?

A ginger/garlic/nama shoyu marinade with sliced veggies like carrot and baby bok choy over shredded cabbage is a nice, asian-esque dish :)
