Do you think exercise will help me put on weight? I have really lost a lot of weight since going raw. I like to run, but have not ran lately. I also take the kids to the park and on walks pushing them in a double jogging stroller. I really hate to lift weights, but I know this might help. That is my last resort!

Absolutely! Exercise will help build muscle mass. More muscle tissue = more weight.
When I was seriously weight training, I gained weight, but lost lots of fat :)
I'm aiming to getting to the gym more now. i want to get lean, and muscled. Love muscles on the female body. Just look at Alissa's physique, there's nothing unfeminine about her! She's gorgeous! Same with a male body nice and lean and fit, is just yummy! I'd rather be a fit and muscular 130, then unfit at 110.

In Storms video he states that, without exercise his children would be very skinny. With exercise they have muscle. Muscle = weight.

Yep. Muscle weighs more than fat. Go by inches!

I guess I knew the answer to that before I even posted it. Instead of saying I hate lifting weights I am going to say I love lifting wieghts! I am thankful for that great weight set that I own. I hope I start believing it. I don't want to be a skinny fat girl!

You can start out with a few bodyweight exercises. Here is good book on this link http://www.amazon.com/Every-Womans-Guide-Personal-Power/dp/1932458093/ref=pd_bbs_sr_1/002-9952069-0176818?ie=UTF8&s=books&qid=1179509397&sr=1-1
It is titled Every Woman's to Personal Power by Wendie Pett. That gal got a real nice figure and she can do some pull ups and push-ups.
You don't need a gym membership to get started.
Another good book by the same author to look at this link

I concur with the weight comments...I'm a size 2 or 4, but I weight 115-120 which for 5'2 is considered a medium frame, but my friends who wear the same size are about 90-100 pounds. Wild, huh? :)
I lifted weights since I was in 7th grade and quit in college, but I've been active all of my life with aerobic, endurance, and other sports.
Yoga and pilates are my methodologies for gaining strength. I used to love to lift weights, but I have some joint instabilities from past injuries so I can't do it as much with the weights, but I looove the benefits of using my own body weight for the weight doing yoga, etc. :)

I'm thinking that not only exercise but strength training is going to be the thing. I'm testing this theory out and have decided to slow down on so much cardio. I needed to lose the weight during the beginning of this journey and i trust that my body will know when it has lost enough.... yet, I have lost a lot of weight and along with it, muscle. My twin was just lecturing me today on the NEED for animal protein (this all started when I couldn't get the lawn mower started..now they think I'm a poor weakling and that my body is starving for meat)...
If I find any good websites or articles addressing this specific issue I will post here. I see someone mentioned Storm's website.. that's a good place to start... frutarianone used to post on here. He has a nice build and eats raw fruits, moreso, he does a lot of exercises that use your own body's strength.
