Hi Raza,
I'll be your buddy. I'm 35 mom to 3 and I'm doing this to loose about 5lbs. and too stay young! I did 100% for about 4 days and couldn't go on any longer due to detox. So I started eating cooked vegan foods. I am now hoping to get back on track. It'll be great to have a buddy!
