I finished a 2 week juice fast on Saturday and have gradually transitioned to foods. I just feel like I am totally drained!!!
I started a parasite cleanse on Monday and started getting cravings for toast and I fell victim to oatmeal today.
I am adding spirulina to my green juice and also smoothies as of the past few days and started adding electrolytes to my water. I also started adding fruit and some agave nectar for more sugar in my smoothies... before i was doing non-sweet smoothies w/ pure veggies.
Ive been getting an average of 7-7.5 hours of sleep a night and i ride my bike everyday...i cruise mostly but still get my hear rate up.
why am i so tired!!????:(
