After a month going almost raw and total vegan, my pant size dropped from 35 waist to 34 waist. I have a little hard time in keeping my pants up without tighting up my belt.

I'll keep posting my updates.

That was the first size change I noticed. I have to take a few things into my tailor this week. :)

Congrats!

I have the same problem!

First it was me reaching the last hole in the belt.

Then I had to cut a new hole!

Then another!

I just cut my third new hole in the belt.

Perhaps it's time to buy another? :p

I have a braided belt, and it's 200 mm from where it's worn out to where the belt now fastens.

Damzlfly, are you going to make it under par?

Congratulations Craig!

I am so happy for you. I have saved lotsa old clothes that I used to wear, and am looking forward to getting into them. As a sort of discipline, I haven't gone out and bought a lot of new clothes, but keep my older clothes as a goal & reminder for myself.

Actually, I feel that its better to get rid of old stuff ASAP. When I first started losing a lot of weight, I didn’t need the temptation of having larger clothes around. Besides they look horrible on your new body unless you can get them altered.

What a wonderful side affect of Raw! Congrats! I too have come down 5 dress sizes since I started Raw.

lol umm...no. Sadly, ive been having a love/hate affair with my nuts and fats. But summer is here and so is the running/cycling/yoga/bikram/ and any thing else i can think of. I have 6 weeks off work starting june 5th for my carpal tunnel surgery and i will totally be in a better state by then :)
