Which is your favorite recipe from Alissa's Book?

So far I have only tired a hand full of her recipes, but so far my favorite is her Broccoli Soup on page 355. I let it puree in my Vitamix for a fair amount of time until it gets nice and warm, but not hot! ItÂ’s so yummy! I share it with my non-raw friends and they have no idea! :-)

Thanks Rawkinlocs! I guess I have to learn how to search properly. I couldnt find anything like that when I did my search. That's what I wanted to know, what was the good recipes to try. Sounds like the Mock Salmon was a hit. I'll give that a try.
