My "before" and "during"

I'm also going to post my before pics and my "during" pictures.

"Before" (taken with the fountain) I was on a SAD taken 3 years ago. Yikes! When I got these photos back from Snapfish in Jan. of this year (it took me that long to develop them) I was in shock, but also relived that I started making the slow buy necessary changes in my life.

"During" (at the beach) photo was last summer at about 50% raw.

I will post an "after" photo probably mid summer. Now, I am smaller than my during picture, but I want to wait a bit before doing more.

U look fabulous. Did u watch what u ate as far as Raw goes or did u eat what u felt hungry for. There is such a dif between the before and during. It gives all of us trying to lose weight and get healthy a lot of incentive seeing your pictures. I don't even have to tell u to keep it up cause I am sure that after seeing the results u would never go back to the sad way of eating.

Wow.. I thought this was a rawfoodforum but it turns into an online catwalk.

Barose and Damzfly: I see in your pictures that the time is turning and starts
to tick back, it is a new dimension of the saying "time is on my side".

It is the difference between "normal" weightloss and "raw" weightloss:
there is not only a loss , but also the victory of renewing and timeturning.
What stays with one has become better.

That is so true. I look so much younger now than I did three years ago or even 6 or 7 years ago. The difference is staggering. I look different today than my "during" picture taken last year.

When I was 20, most people thought I was 30. I'm almost 29 and most people cant believe it - it can be a bit of a problem at work though...
