Hi all,
My good friend Bill, who is the person who first told me about raw and lent me his Alissa Cohen book (and let me use his dehydrator and his Vita-Mix and was just all around very supportive of my efforts to go raw) has opened a yoga studio in Boston! Jamaica Plain, to be exact. It's Forrest yoga and I've been going and REALLY loving it.
Thought some of you might be interested in checking it out. Not sure if this is considered advertising or inappropriate at all, and if so, please just delete my post or edit it. But I thought people might want to support a really cool place that's giving money to animal rescue, matching people up with animals for adoption, and promoting a vegan lifestyle and awesome yoga!

Also, he's starting an Indie Rock yoga class which I think will be awesome, followed by vegan snacks (though likely not raw... ) I'll DEF be there often. In fact I usually work the door on the Sunday afternoon yoga and meditation class. Maybe I'll see some of you!!
*** the following article in the Boston Herald is what made me realise that maybe I should post something about it here. He's really got a beautiful vision for the place.
