Greens? The more the better. I use half a commercial org. bag for one smoothie. At the healthfood store they have bundles, and I use half a bundle for one smoothie, plus 2 kinds of fruit. Sometimes I use two kinds of greens, which usually add up to more. My fave used to be kale, but now I'm really into dandelion greens. I love the slight bitterness.

I've got spinach, Swiss chard, and dandelion greens in my fridge today! :)

The only place I have heard a recommendation so far was from Victoria Boutenko in Green for Life, where she recommends two bunches of leafy greens per day. Outside of that, I have never heard any recommendations except to EAT THEM!:p

One can never have TOO much greens. But one can have not ENOUGH greens. You do what you feel is right.
