man this thing was so packed with nutrients i dont know if my body can handle it lol
1 avocado
juice of 1 bunch collards
juice of 5 carrots
spoonful of hemp protein powder
spoonful hemp seed
spoonful wheat germ
spoonful spirulina powder
nice chunk of dulse (seaweed)
spoonful of cacao
little bit of water
i got a signal towards the end that was like "thats enough. im nourished."
so i stopped with 5 or 6 good mouthfulls left
good stuff
also something that is really good is spirulina, 2 bananas, 1 apple or pear or some kind of berry, 1 avocado, 1 spoonful of cacao
so yummy and creamy
