I am on day 3 of detox and the headaches have come... can I take an asprin? Or is there a better choice for me while i detox?

aspirin is nasty for your stomach. I would tough it out without it.
If you need relief, I would use some lavender and essential oil (In a carrier) rubbed on the temples. Also, rubbing the muscle between your forfinger and thumb, along the index finger side- just before the first knuckle of your pointer, is a great way to use acupressure for a headache.
foot rubs help too strangely enough. They are very grounding.
Magnesium helps a headache too, and is helpful to the body, rather than harmful like aspirin.
Be sure you are drinking tons of water. Some detox symptoms can be "cured" with adequate hydration to flush the toxins all the way out.
Good luck! It passes quickly!

White willow is also a thing you can try.

Aspirin is bad for vital organs like the liver. Maybe Ibuprofen would be better. I agree with hypnocmt that footrubs can offer some relief. Every nerve in the body has a connection there thru the network of nerves. Hot showers on the head and neck offer relief too.

Asprin will just stop the detox. You'll have to eventually detox the asprin as well. Try to drink a bunch of water to flush your system.

Doubt it. Depends on what else naturally occurs in it, and at what levels. But, I'm far more likely to trust nature than Bayer.
