Anyone have any good lower ab exercises? My upper middlle abs, are coming in nicely. But my lowers are taking longer. I usually do V-ups with 5 pound weights on both ankles ( you lay flat on your back, and lift the legs and chest up and touch the toes with your fingers) I also do standing leg raises where I touch my elbow 2 my knees.

Any other ones?

pretty much the only way to get rid of those is by doing cardio. mine visably shrunk when i did that everday for at least 20 minutes or more. i need to start doing that again! haha

I love these! You would be amazed at the improved results from using these! They are made by Body Solid and called Gut Buster Ab Slings. They basically hang from a high bar, you insert arms and pull legs up to waist or chest (plus many other variations). Check them out.
