kohlrabi question

Are the leaves edible? I thought I could blend 'em up in a smoothie. I've been peeling and cutting up the bulb into pieces to dip with- nice and crunchy. Any other suggestions? Are there the leafy tops to anything I might buy in a grocery store that I shouldn't eat? How about the tops to carrots? They're so pretty. thanks

Yep you can eat them...they reminded me of collards...personally I would throw them in a smoothie.

I like the VERY soft and tender leafs on top/middle of the kohrabi. Never tried the others...
