Any suggestions? I've experienced the odd phenomenon that going raw has seemed to have left me with significantly less energy. What would you suggest?

Hello! You can try wheatgrass drink. It will take a while to get energy. Try kombucha tea. It is suppose to increase energy levels.

How long have you been raw? It will take some time. And yes, wheatgrass, green smoothies, just going 100% raw - simple as that - 100% raw will do it for you. If you are not 100% raw, your body is busy trying (continuously trying) to get rid of gunk. Give it a chance. Do a 30-day 100% all raw challenge and see how energized you are.

Hello there,

You may just be detoxing. Tiredness is a very common detox symptom. It might last just a day or two or longer. The best thing to do then is to rest a lot and eat lightly.

The other thing you might want to try is to reduce your digestive load by eating more lightly. Eating less combinations, eating more juicy fruit, etc.

Wishing you all the best,

Audrey

may be detox, things that have worked for me is wheatgrass (gives me tons of energy), also going a little lighter on nuts until I get my energy up and if your still transitioning check out my website, this may help.

Thanks, everyone. I'll have to give the wheatgrass a try. I've only been raw for about a month, so I suppose I can't expect anything instant!
