Always nice when your "gut-feeling" is supported by science....

I emailed the article to a couple of people.. The idea that preparation produces toxins is such an important one to expose people to. I emailed it to myself also..LOL..just to keep it fresh..
Have a beautiful day!!!:D

Emailing info to friends is maybe even important as actualizing
the contents yourself.

I believe and trust in the science of nature. SAD/CRAP eaters/scientists are making things way too complicated. There is no need for complication. I don't think. But, it's good after all "their" studies they are coming to these simple conclusions. Kind of a round-a-bout way, huh?

I don't mind a little scientific support. My ideal is when is goes together: a natural grip on things and also science.
Einstein is a great example: his science is to difficult to follow, but his imagination is like a child. One of his theories he did develop by the
imagination of how it would be travelling with a lightbeam.

Oh yeah, I agree and btw - thanks for posting that. It's interesting and most folks "need" scientific data to believe in it. Like my thyroid (specialist) doc always said that the foods had nothing to do with "healing" my thyroid. Well, hello? It has E V E R Y T H I N G to do with healing.
Wouldn't you have liked to have traveled into Einstein's mind for like a week and take notes? How cool that would be!!! Not only for the theories, but the imagination. WHOA!
