This fruit (the white part) is really delicious to eat by itself, but is not the part where the most nutrients are.


If you want to benefit from it's antioxidant strength I advise you to put
the dark coloured part (the part just under the skin) in a blender
and add a few sweet fruits.
You can't eat this dark part by itself, because it is very bitter and an astringent substance.
Doing so you eat the whole fruit.
