I have loads of sweet corn, the white and yellow ones

Corn
Onion
Garlic
Salt
Optional: Tomato

Corny Soup
Corn
Soaked walnuts
Nama shoyu
Olive oil
Jalapeno
Scallion
Cilantro
Pepper

Corn Chowder
2 cups corn
½-1 cup water
½ cup cashew nuts
Optional:
½ clove garlic
Dash salt
Minced onion
1/2 tsp cumin

Corn Chowder 2
1 cup almond milk
2 cups corn
1/2 clove garlic
1/2 t cumin
dash soy sauce or salt (to taste)
Blender except 1 cup of corn & then add later to make chunky.

Corn Bisque
Corn
Coconut water
Lime
Corriander seed
Jalapeno
Cilantro
Ginger
Garlic

Corn Salad
Corn, 4 ears
Tomatoes
1 Cucumber
10-12 Basil leaves
¼ tsp Cinnamon
Pinch White pepper
¼ tsp Celery seed
Pinch Coriander
½ tsp Oregano
2 Tbs Tahini
½ lime (juice)
Chill.

Sweet Salad
Corn
Apples
3 stalks of celery shredded finely (use substitute)
Walnuts chopped
Thinly sliced avocado
Red pepper
Blend red pepper w/a bit of walnut oil. Pour over salad.

I am on my fifth attempt at being raw and you have made my effort so much easier.
I do love corn but i wanted some variety and now thanks to you i have loads of choices:) :)

Bethanie - send me some? Just kidding! Lucky you though! Love corn!!! It's sweet and good!
I've even dehydrated corn - it makes yummy crunchie cornies...or once it's dehydrated, then ground into "flour" to use making tortillas, etc.

OHHH my, I had the best raw corn salad last night !

1 cobs-worth of corn
1 cup sprouted mixed peas and beans
1/2 cup sunflowers sprouts
3tbls pumkin seeds
3tbls pine nuts
1 garlic
2tbls curry powder soaked in olive oil about 1-2tbls
OoooPPs almost forgot 1 cut up Avocado !!!
sea salt - to taste LOVED EVERY BITE !
