Okay, it was never MADE, so I have no measurements, but this is what I had come up with.......
Slice a few lbs red onions into strips and marinade in olive oil & sea salt
Maybe chop green onions up and mix in with it for color.
Topping:
Nutritional Yeast
Almond Pulp
Garlic
Braggs/Sea Salt
Lemon?
Mix with hands - kind of like the crouton recipe, but not so STRONG and with more nutritional yeast
I would mix it together, loosely, but also put a layer of the cheezey crumble on top.
Dehydrate until warm.
I think then, when you mix it, it would be a cheezey onion casserole. I mean, marinaded red onions are great on their OWN. Let alone dehydrated with a cheese topping...
Might be good with chopped bacon in it?
Seems eaasy and very tasty. If you're "into that sort of thing". lol. Let me know if you try it, I think I will try it soon, though, too. Maybe sell it.
