ok if you've been raw for a while, and then you slip one day then go right back to raw, does that mean that you've scratched out all your previous raw days and now have to start counting over, like for the 30 day challenge?

You're riding a horse from Murphy to Manteo. In Raleigh you fall off the horse, then get back on. Are you back in Murphy?

I love that response from Pierre! That is a great perspective. I just fell off last night after 20 days. This means I am counting back at day 1. I believe this is because the challenge is to be 30 days at 100% raw. However, I could be wrong about this definition. I do not let this bring me down hwoever. I am not doing this to satisfy some temporary personal goals. I am doing this to change my lifestyle. I expect these kinds of slip-ups. I do not welcome them but I accept them. I have no major problem starting back over at 1 consecutive day 100% raw because soemday I hope to have been able to finally say 30 days, or 60, or 90, or whatever the longest stretch I maintain gets to be. However, I also track my raw percentage, which for some is not how they want to track things. Despite this one slip up, my percentage over time is high. 20 days as 100% raw followed by one day at 70% raw makes a 3 week total of almost 99% raw. I am proud of that.
