How many out there have been able to get shredded/ripped (body fat %) on the raw diet? I was about 9.5% 8 months ago before I went raw (I was on a body builder's diet, lots of chicken and top sirloin steak, brown rice, broc, etc.). Now I'm porky and prepping to go raw again, but I don't know if it's common to get really ripped when raw.
Who can discuss their experiences?

there are several on here that I am sure will be writing in soon, but also take advantage of the search because I know several have posted their picture progress. Awesome results and more power from what I understand. I know when I am raw I can do so much more physically.

Yeah but being strong and having more energy is not necessarily the same as being shredded (by shredded I mean very low body fat %, like 7-8%). I want to see my six pack. :)

Fruitairanone is on this board, I think he has a new name now though, and WOW...he is ripped! As well as Storm and Jenjee(sp?). It's definitely possible.

Check out Storm Talifero's site. He's in his late 40s or early 50s, looks a heck of a lot younger, and he's raw and a bodybuilder.

I would get THE THRIVE DIET, a new book on raw vegan written by a triathlete. I've heard rave reviews - he has mastered eating for a major athlete's endurance and strength.

Look at Allisa. To see defined muscles on a woman is unusual.

I think there's a book on raw vegan bodybuilding by that Thor guy who has that protein powder that is raw...It's called, "Raw Power." Not sure if it's still in print or where you'd buy it though.

Yeah that book is hard to find. I'm sure it's nothing new in terms of diet itself.
Well, I'm going to figure it out myself then. First I need to be raw for 30 days or so, and then I'm going to do lots of cardio and core work. Should be pretty simple then.
