So I'm trying to make Alissa's toaster tarts, but my wheat berries won't "smash". I did sprout them, by the way. But they keep staying whole in my processer. Any ideas on how to salvage this?

You can put them through a juicer on it's blank, that is what other pastry recipes have you do.
Or vitamix them.
Or add a bit of liquid?

Poptarts:
OMG, a soft sweet flat bread,
Sweet strawberry sauce,
Then a thin layer of the bavarian custard.
then dehydrate it for a short bit.
mmmmm.
Just a thought.

All great ideas, but I don't have any of those machines :( I have a juicer, but its definately not fancy enough to have a "blank". I'm still not totally sure what that is.
I just proccessed them the best I could, I'll just have to see how they turn out.

I see.
Sprouted grains should blend well is the thing.
We all live and learn, and no 2 seeds are alike. :-)
