For the past few days, whenever I eat (especially when I'm hungry: confused: ) I suddenly feel really nausea. It has happened about three times. I literally feels like I need to run to the bathroom ASAP; so its not just slight nausea. After about 5 minutes or so, it passes.
Could it be:
-My stomach not catching up to my food intake?
-Food poisoning?
-My body still getting used to raw?
Its actually getting quite bad. I don’t have the flu or anything – if anything, I feel really good otherwise.

Are you combining your food properly?

I dont know...
When I felt that way last time, I was eating a sprout salad with sunflower sprouts, lettuce, avocado and a few pumpkin seeds thrown in.
Another time, I was eating a similar salad, that time w/o any seeds.

Looks fine to me...what about the dressing?

The time I had the sprout salad, I had none. Other times, either honey mustard (Prepared mustard; raw honey, garlic, raw apple cider vinegar, extra virgin oilive oil) or nothing.

Could be anything, but, perhaps, the sprouts.
Try avoiding them today and tomorrow and the next day, and see if it helps.

Yeah, maybe the sprouts have mold issues. I read this thing on We Like it Raw about wheatgrass juice... seems like it might be applicable to your situation. You should check it out!

They used to have a problem with the sprouts sold in supermarkets as they were giving people salmonella. Diligent work proved that the salmonella had actually gotten into the seeds. They had to eradicate the seeds that were passing it on. I think that there may always be low-level infectious agents in seeds like that - and that they pass through most people with no harm - yet others may have a sensitivity to it. Please let us know what you figure out! I want to know what kind of sprouts if you determine that as the cause.

This is interesting...
I get all of our sprouts from the farmers market (never the grocery store). They are cut as we order and we put them in the ice box almost right away.
We will start making our own shortly...I will see how I feel then. :D
