raw cacoa raspberry smoothie

I made a yummy smoothie this morning - I used 2 of the cacoa nib truffles (can buy them from Alissa's store) - 2 to 3 cups of water, 2 cups of raspberries, tablespoon of honey, 1/2 banana. and I added a dash of cayenne pepper to help bring out the chocolate flavor, of course some greens (handful of spinach & 1 kale leaf). Delish!:D

You gotta get the raw cocao powder OH MY, I use it almost everyday. Try Coconut whole/2-3 tbls of cocao/raspberries/greens and ice- you might add a little nut milk or water. I might live on this stuff:D

Is the cacoa powder from Alissa's store?

I made an apple, rasberry and rocket smoothie a couple of days ago - it was nice, but a bit peppery. I wish I'd thought of adding cacoa to it!

Will have to go and by some more raspberries now!

Oh my my .. have you really not tried COCAO powder, Its not cocoa its Raw and so it lovingly given its ancient name cocao ! If you have not read Naked Chocolate by David Wolfe I recommend it highly. Yes you are able to buy it on Alissa's store. My healthfood store also stocks some by a really great company, maybe yours does tooo:) Right now I am drinking a Cocao smoothy with almond milk and hemp protein and berries YUMMM:p http://slunk.indiko.com/mkdance.gif
