i was sort of craving a frappaccino-like drink (a frap is a frozen coffee drink).
so , here's what i made (measurements are best-guesses, i don't really measure)
16oz water
several handfuls of ice cubes
1-1/2 bananas
1/4 C raw cacao powder
1 TBSP pumpkin seed butter
dash flax oil
2 TBSP vanilla extract
2 TBSP hazelnut extract
sweetener to-taste (i used about 1/4C agave)
this made a complete blander full.

As long as you're using extracts... I wonder what a coffee one would be like in that

i know the extracts probably are not raw. one says organic or something to that effect. i'd LOVE to find a coffee extract. i got the hazelnut b/c it's the closest to coffee that i found.

I think I've seen coffee extract at my gourmet shop. No, not raw, but, as many raw recipes use vanilla extract, I say what's the difference? :p
I've seen raw coffee beans, I wonder if a few ground up and added to a smoothie would work as well... hmmm.....
