I LOVE how I feel regarding food in warmer weather.
I ACTUALLY want to drink water, eat fewer nuts, have huge green salads...it's just a different feeling.
I feel like my body is in it's correct and most harmonious state when the weather gets warmer :)
Ahhh And school is letting out soon! I'll be relaxing in the sun with strawberry banana smoothies in no time!
How is everyone else feeling with the warmer weather?
How are your food desires changing?
How is your attitude changing?

(PS. if I drink tons of carrot juice, will I get a nice faux tan, or just look orange? Speaking as one who has never had a tan in her life, is ghostly white, and always burns - never tans.)

This weather is great! I've been eating so much more raw, like salads, because that is what my body craves. I wish it were warm all year round. Maybe I'll move...

Yep! I was starved after the gym yesterday and even though I walked by cooked places with ready-to-go food, all I wanted to eat was a nice, big salad and some fruit :D
Being raw definately seems effortless when it's warm out.

Even California winters are too much for me! I was freezing the whole time!
yay for warm weathered raw!
I've "temporarily" "moved" to Florida from Massachusetts... So I got summer weather early this year! I have been craving about the same stuff, but I think it's because I work from my computer during the warmest hours, and the AC (which I have little control of) is cranked so high that I'm colder here!!!
We're getting ready for a tropical storm, so it's actually not that hot today anyways. The trees look like they're running in small circles; it's soooo windy right now!

Eva what're you doin there??
Becca = Hijacker, Eva = Accomplice :D Sorry!!
Hey hey,
Got fed up with a lot of the crapachusetts nonsense, don't want to pay hundreds of dollars for health insurance I won't use, don't want to be locked on an island, mom's been in a tough spot. The way I saw it was to come on down (that was three weeks ago). Carlos can't come down yet, he's too busy, so I think I may need to go back in a couple weeks just because I miss him. I'm going to Texas for a few days next week, though. We could go there after "the" season on the island. Or we could just move to Brazil. Really. We just traded a house for a car down there. So, now instead of two houses, we have both a paid house and car. Hmmmm.... Come to think of that.... We don't have a house here, but do there.... Hmph.
Lots of warm weather would be good for a light 'n easy raw life in Brazil, I would think!
Sorry again that I was a willing accomplice to the thread hijacking.

WOW! Well, heck. Let me know when you're set up in Brazil and I'll get the next flight. Sounds like paradise.

Great thread SRD!
This warmer weather transition , I 've noticed that I am not even thirsty either. My appetite is very isloated and less frequentif anything at all. I am content with that...not anxious at all. In fact, food is boring

Oh I think we should listen to our bodies and eat with the seasons. Lighter in the summer months, heavier in the winter months. It's the natural way I feel. At least I do and have for a few years now.
