Hi guys, I'm currently a student at uni and I've been on 100% raw food for a few months now after eventually managing to ditch those mounds of steamed grains. I'm consuming mainly green smoothies and some occasional salads and I can very happily say that I feel the best I have ever felt in my entire life (and that's an understatement). Though I've got to the point where I'm thinking about diversifying a bit (especially after viewing all your wonderful pictures on the recipes section) and I've been looking at different makes of dehydrators. Now I can't currently afford to buy something like the Excalibur, which I know is very highly rated and considered the gold standard, though, looking on some of the stockists we have here in the UK, I've found the Stockli dehydrator. It's resonably priced and looks awesome (sorry...rawsome!) so I was would love to know if anyone has this and what their experiences of it have been? Thanks for any help.
