storing nut based dressings

how should i store these, and how long will they keep? please help, i'm a little anal about expiration dates!

I usually keep my dressings in those little sealed, reusuable plastic containers. The ones that come in multiple sizes.

I go through the stuff I make so fast, I almost wish I had to worry about them going bad :p
