I keep reading:
"To keep weight on, eat fruit, greens, green smoothies, nuts, avocados and exercise."
"To keep weight off, eat fruit, greens, green smoothies, nuts, avocados and exercise."
Well, which is it? :) I'm trying to keep weight off. I don't know how much I weigh, but I have about 5-10 lbs I think I need to get rid of. With so much conflicting information, I don't know whats right anymore.

It's the same for both :)
To keep HEALTH ON: eat fruit, greens, green smoothies, nuts, avocados and exercise.
If it's just 5-10 pounds exercise will be really key. Toning especially. Eat raw, and let the weight let go when it's ready.

If you do raw right, your body will do what it should !!!! If you need to lose weight- it will, if you need to gain, it will ! Its BOTH for sure, REALLY, on raw your body should do what is right for it to be at its happy place, its right place, eating THOSE foods ! Do you get that sorta ? When I finally did it was a lightbulb moment for me big time.:D

Just to add, for those who still might not understand......... If your body is honestly overweight = its deficient. If your honestly underweight = its deficient. If you eat those foods and exercise your body will no longer be deficient and will be exactly right.:)

I understand now. :) I realize its both for health in general. I just have this fear of always being slightly overweight and would welcome being a tad bit too thin than overweight. :(

Initally my weight dropped when going mostly raw. Now it is at a consistant number. I guess this is where I should be. The best part is that I get to eat and be at this lower weight...priceless! I do exercise, but I don't kill myself to be thinner like I did when I was eating mostly cooked food. :D
