Welcome to the board and to the lifestyle.

I KNOW it's going to work....the only question is whether I let it work.

Too many have gone before me to pave the way to health for themselves, for me to doubt it would be foolish. I'm the only question in the process!

You can do this just as everyone else has, you just have to set your mind at it and be prepared for temporary failures....and remember, failure is a part of success, not it's opposite.....the opposite to success if quitting. Keep going and you keep heading for success!
